1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ninonggames ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ninonggames website, mobile application, and all related services.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ninonggames. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. ninonggames will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on ninonggames are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. The availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funding your ninonggames account from a third party's account is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live games and sports betting, by real-world events and live dealer results.

• Players must use the platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, use by automated systems or bots, or any form of cheating or collusion is strictly prohibited.
• Sports betting positions must be placed based on genuine personal judgment. Matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and any betting patterns identified as exploitative may result in account restrictions.

8Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players
• Any other conduct that ninonggames determines is harmful to the platform or its players

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances in a terminated account will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for termination.

9Limitation of Liability

ninonggames provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

• ninonggames is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's decision to gamble, including any losses arising from promotional play.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our maximum liability to any player in any calendar month is limited to the net deposits made by that player during that month, excluding bonuses.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ninonggames operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the dispute resolution process as communicated by the platform at the time the dispute is raised.
